Salary: $18-32 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Job Description:

Join our Clean Team as a Residential House Cleaner and contribute to our mission of making spaces shine with excellence and love. You'll tackle a variety of cleaning tasks, applying your keen eye for detail to ensure every nook and cranny gleams. From refreshing fabrics and surfaces to mastering the art of the perfect shine, your work will directly enhance the lives of our clients, making their homes and businesses places they’re excited to return to.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of cleaning activities including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping with precision and care.

  • Sanitize and maintain sparkling kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.

  • Manage waste disposal and recycling with conscientiousness.

  • Maintain and care for company equipment, ensuring everything functions beautifully.

  • Adhere to our high standards of safety and cleanliness, using products and tools wisely.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is valued, but not a must—we welcome those new to the profession who share our passion for cleanliness.

  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and as part of our committed team.

  • Strong commitment to thorough, impeccable cleaning results.

  • Capable of physical tasks and consistent performance.

  • Organized and able to manage time effectively to meet the needs of our clients.

  • Friendly and effective communicator, ready to make every client feel valued.

  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with reliable transportation to various locations in our community.
